Esa mafia, disfrazada con nombre de organizaciones -que no vamos a mencionar-, cada vez intentan tener más poder. Hacíamos una protesta hace unos dias en contra del intento de implantación del modelo francés en españa, pero si creiamos que nosotros estabamos mal, que poco sabemos…

En Estados Unidos si que hay una autentica plaga que intentan controlar la cultura y hacerse con el poder para ellos enriquecerse… no nos engañemos, no son organizaciones sin animo de lucro, realmente son organizaciones más ricas que muchas empresas.

Pues bien, en USA nadie se salva de estas leyes, ni siquiera el gigante Google, que tambien tiene que ceder, censurando sus servicios ante la presión de estas organizaciones.

Como todos sabemos, en españa no es ilegal publicar enlaces a contenido descargable aunque este mismo tenga copyright (lo que es publicar el enlace no tiene absoutamente nada de ilegal), pero en Estados Unidos esto no es así, y, lamentablemente, Google es una empresa americana.

Ilustremos esto con un ejemplo real que le pasó hace poco a alguien que yo conozco:

Hoy he recibido por parte de la administracion de blogger una notificacion de contener contenido en mi blog, que vulneraba los derechos de autor y tal. Justamente era por tener un link para el pando de un disco de calamaro

La carta que le enviaron fué la siguente:

Blogger has been notified, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that certain content in yourblog infringes upon the copyrights of others. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing post(s) may be found at the end of this message.

Siguiendo enlaces pude observar que, efectivamente, tenian razon, segun las leyes de EE. UU. está prohibido publicar cualquier tipo de contenido con copyright, enlazar al mismo, y si te descuidas hasta cantarlo en la ducha…

Nos quejamos de España, pero por suerte aún no hemos llegado a esos niveles, y espero que no lleguemos, aunque lo veo cada vez más cerca… Pero lo que es por ahora, al ser español, y al tener este blog en un hosting propio, puedo hacer cosas como esta:
